This is the first work of Eighty Eight Pictures I are covering. I discovered Eighty Eight Pictures when I came across the trailer for Volume 2 of Star Wars Visions, an anthology of animated Star Wars shorts created by studios from around the world. One of the shorts caught my attention as it seemed to have a South Asian influence, so as any Indian would, I looked it up and confirmed that Mumbai-based Eighty Eight Pictures was indeed one of the studios involved in Visions Vol. 2. I was thoroughly impressed (and might I also add, proud) with their work in Star Wars Visions Vol. 2, and it led me to explore more of their projects. That is how I came across the VFX breakdown of their work on Mission Majnu (2022).
